The agreement between you and Baltic Global Inc. for using Muvo.

These terms are an agreement between you (the seller) and Baltic Global Inc. ("we"), the maker of Muvo. By using Muvo you agree to them. Shopify's terms also apply if you use Muvo through Shopify, and each carrier's terms apply to the shipments you send with it.
Muvo gets shipping rates, buys and prints labels, checks addresses, books pickups, makes scan forms and sends tracking to your store. It works through third parties such as EasyPost, USPS, UPS and Shopify, which can change or limit their services.
You are responsible for accurate package weights, dimensions and addresses, for what you ship, and for following each carrier's rules, including rules on restricted and hazardous items. Carriers may charge adjustments when a package's real size or weight differs from the label, and those charges are yours.
Postage is charged when you buy a label, at the price shown before you buy. You can void an unused label in Muvo. Refunds for voided labels are decided by the carrier under its own rules and timelines.
Muvo has no monthly fee. Your first 250 labels have no label fee; after that, Muvo charges a per-label fee shown on the Pricing page, on top of postage. Postage and fees come out of your prepaid Muvo balance, which you fund by bank transfer or card. You can stop using Muvo at any time. If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
Don't misuse Muvo: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no use that breaks the law or carrier rules, and no reselling access without our permission.
Delivery times shown in Muvo are carrier estimates. We don't guarantee delivery dates, and lost or damaged packages are handled under the carrier's claims process.
We work to keep Muvo running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features with reasonable notice.
To the extent the law allows, Baltic Global Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim related to Muvo is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Postage, carrier services and deliveries are governed by each carrier’s own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
